    In early stage of human society,law and ethics were mixed together.Ethics took the leading position in this mixture and law was subordinate during long historical period.In the19th century,legal autonomy appeared under the guidance of positivism,but this theory lead legal autonomy up to the dilemma.In the 20th century,legal autonomy has new meaning that not only emphasizes positive law but also absorbs mildly norms from ethics.

    For a long time,people regard law-abidance as pure obedience.Actually,that is only the passive side of law-abidance.Its deeper meaning includes maintaining the law,exercising the legal right actively and respecting the law.That is active law-abidance.However nowadays,most law-abidance behaviors are passive,It's mainly due to the increasing loss of sense of justice.The effective realization of law relies on the sense of justice to express and support.Although the existence of sense of justice is very important,it's hard to find the root from Chinese glorious history and tradition.The deep pervasion and wide spreading of Confucian theory has exerted subtle influence on the formation of Chinese nation's thinking mode,legal consciousness and moral psychology which lays down the foreshadowing for the modern shortness of sense of justice.

    the improvement of human nature is the intrinsic drive for the change of legal systems.From the origin to the development of laws,everything about laws is indispensable to human nature.Any legal system and law within the systems are one of the representations of human nature. If we study from the perspective of human nature development, we would find it easy to see the development of legal systems thoroughly,from the differentiation of public laws and private laws,to social legal systems,even to zoological legal systems. Therefore,the current diversification of laws is certainly the necessary result of diversification of human nature development.

    To observe Bioethics from the perspective of harmony of humanity and nature has formed the Bioethics dimension between humanity and nature.The harmony of between humanity and nature has triple connotation: to begin with, the harmony of between the nature'as human inorganic body'and humanity;secondly,the harmony of between the nature as the biological chain that generates human body and humanity;thirdly,the harmony of between the nature'as human-self body'and humanity.With the rapid development of science and technology including gene technology,the traditional harmony between the humanity and nature meets tough challenges,the problems of environmental Ethics becomes more and more obvious.As a result,a lot of species dropped,and so many species are on the brink of extinction. The development of gene technology and artificial reproductive technology imply double paradox:to improve the quality of human life and human civilization thoroughly,we must modify the natural completely,whether or not it implies a kind of'kindhearted'mandate and'terror of virtue',so the harmony of between humanity and nature not only has Bioethics implication but also has Bioethics value.

    Being aware of honor and disgrace is necessary for human survival and development,It's the premise to improve human nature and the foundation of social harmony.Objectively it's greatly required to promote socialist concept of honor and disgrace in the process of China's economic and social development at present.Promoting socialist concept of honor and disgrace must focus on strengthening the recognition the social members of the concept.Therefore,we must pay attention to unite social and individual effectiveness of the socialist concept of honor and disgrace,orient people by means of interests,and establish sound and effective social supervision mechanism.     "The wise free from perplexities" is one of Junzi's three major virtues that Confucianists respected in pre-Qin Dynasty.The reason of "the wise free from perplexities" is not just having a sense of cognitive ability in epistemology that can understand things and the laws of nature,but mainly refers to the moral rationality that makes man understand good and discard evil in activities.It contains distinguishing right from wrong and good from evil, being good at self-awareness and understanding others,knowing the most immediate thing to do and the trend of the times.It is precisely because of the stress of moral wisdom that,to some extent,Confucianism becomes the "true man education",which is different from the "love of wisdom" in the West.The humanistic implication of "the wise free from perplexities",may help to transform the climate in modern society that is too dependent on technical rationality.It is the important ideological resources of a harmonious culture construction that based on unification of truth,good and beauty,and advocating the overall development of people.

    There have always been differences and misunderstandings on the moral values of Machiavelli in history. Although Machiavelli's theory has flaws, it is a kind of prejudice to regard it to be "Machiavellism" which was accused of being corrupt morals, advocating evil. This paper tries to clarify such prejudices and misunderstandings, and to re-recognize the originally significant realistic moral values of Machiavelli by studying the background of the times and his experience and works.

    According to Slote,both morals of Common sense and Kantism have devalued the moral value of the agent.Therefore it give rise to self-other asymmetry which bring trouble to both theories.Although Utilitarianism and virtue ethics are symmetry in dealing with self-other relations,compared with that of virtue ethics,the symmetry in Utilitarianism,however,contains more defects.
