Abstract: The research of legal-ethics'objective is to provide proof of moral validity for China's legislative constitution.It relates generally to principle research of legal-ethics,research of constitution ethics question,research of civil law ethics question,rsearch of social protection law ethics question and judicature's ethics question.It must provide ethical consultation to solve problems in the Chinese practice of rule by law.
