    The divorce between enterprises'ownership and right of use initiates agency relation by agreement, and moral risk is an inevitable result. The cause of bring about moral risk among agency relation by agreement lies in that there are simultaneously agents' egoism and dissymmetry of information among trustors and agents.It is the basic chain of owners, managers and staff among enterprises' agency relation by agreement,the relations of stockholders and managers,managers and staff may be summed up to the relation of trustor s and agents.So,the moral risk of enterprises is present in owners,managers and staff, to avoid moral risk of enterprises both need looking for a good mechanism of encouragement and restraint from the hypothesis of economic man and resort to staff's professionalization and enterprises' management of professionalization from the fact of social man.

    This article takes the public lottery fund as the object of study and analyzes the distributing field of public lottery fund in our country. Compared with the lottery revenue used in other countries, this article verifies the justice of lottery fund usage in our country. It has been found out that most lottery funds are invested in courses with positive externality such as infrastructure, environment-protecting, in charity and welfare, and in education projects which redound to both development and equality. This signifies the value of public and sociality. The use of lottery fund in our country partly deviates from the goal of justice and the feasible method to revise is to expand the investment in education through education lottery so that the value of lottery fund can be achieved and the basis of lottery industry can be strengthened.

    A harmonious society must be a just society, and an unjust society must be difficult to harmonious. Institutional arrangements affect and regulate human behavior in a general way. Value judgments must be enslaved to justice of system itself accordingly. The essence of a harmonious society is to construct just criterions, implement the order and harmony of different subjects' expression of interests and game behaviors by effectual institutional arrangements. To construct a socialistic harmonious society in transitional period must need the change of institutional justice in the movement.

    The social ethics is an ancient topic.More than 100 years ago,the modern thinker Liang Qi-chao warned people seriously that China lacked social ethics. Since then,how to promote social ethics has still been a problem we face. In the project of social ethics practice,it is an essential topic for us to draw the ancient moral resources.Among the attitudes towards the issue,Confucian ethics is especially important,because it is one of the ideologies which has been playing dominant roles in China.In addition, the backbone of the Confucian moral virtues—Authority——is also apt to make people naturally link it with social ethics,which is a misunderstanding.Although Confucian lays emphasis on the norms of relationships between people,it is not an ordinary human relations but mainly a pursuit in blood relations,which reflects its self-centered values.Attaching importance to personal improvement is the natural blossom in that given value system.Even if there are some potential factors of social ethics such as"widely loving people",Confucian ethics is inclined to come to a premature end because of lack of driving factors itself.

    The moral experience refers to the experience that people may not only maintain or gain own benefit but also can indicate oneself "the moral person" in the relations of the benefit. It directly originates from people's relations of the production and the exchange、the life and the expense, together with the contact relations. It has the characteristics of spontaneity, mass character, general and continuity, whose essential connotation is to "seeks victory from minimizing losses", reflecting the natural instincts of the person as the value subject. The morals that maintenance basic ethics order of the realistic society are actually most of the moral experiences, but the moral experience that manifests the moral progress of the human society is the conformity form of the moral experience.

    Thoughts of honor or disgrace are the important part of Xunzi's thoughts.In the history of Chinese ethical thoughts,Xunzi inherited and developed Mengzi's thoughts of having a sense of shame,and gave a systematic and comprehensive exposition to the question of honor or disgrace for the first time. He defined the connotation of honor or disgrace,differentiated the levels of honor or disgrace,clarified the essence of honor or disgrace,inquired into the value of honor or disgrace and explored further the cultivation of honor or disgrace.To research Xunzi's thoughts of honor or disgrace has important theoretical significance and realistic value for us to inherit and develop further the cream concerning thoughts of honor or disgrace in Chinese traditional culture,and to learn and practice further the view of honor or disgrace of socialism.
