    Since the new China established 60 years ago,Chinese citizen moral education research main include four subjects and three exploratiing-questions.These are four subjects in the past 60 years:About civic moral education origin and core conception;civic moral education idea research;civic moral education implementation research;Overseas civic moral education theory and practice and enlightenment.And in the theory exploratiing course,three questions remaining:Is the civic moral education for the common people or or for the saints and sages?If it is one kind education for common people,so how to link the traditional moral education is a key issue.Civic moral education a national subject or a world?if it is a national theme, then in the background of globalization,how to implement the civic moral education ? And from the method point of view,how to deal with the relationship between the rational and sentimental?

    With understanding morality played an important role in keeping their ruling, some emperors in ancient china could follow and perform some moral norms,especially humaneness and righteousness, wisdom, and diligentness and frugality, for example. However, because their hearts were dominated by royal prerogative,in practice they were often averse to such morality though giving some attention to it, would rather disobey than perform it,and hoped others to perform it while they themselves evaded doing them. In conclusion, they held a view of moral instrumentalism.

    In Song Dynasty, there appeared in choosing a spouse a trend which paid more consideration to wealth, prospects and character.This was a new idea of 'being matched for marriage'.And as far as the relationship of spouses was concerned, there existed a social phenomenon of 'virago',as a result,an appeal appeared that husband should be righteous and wife should be obedient to her partner.Moreover,there was a relative relaxed moral environment of divorce and remarriage of women at the same period. In sum,a conclusion can be drawn that the moral practice by Song Dynasty was a transition from one of pre-Song to post-Song,that is,Ming and Qing Dynasty.

    The middle and late Eastern Han Dynasty is the important period in the establishment of the system of Chinese traditional ethics,but because of the unstability of the political situation, the scholars appeared a complex situation in the aspects of ethical livings.On one hand, they continually strengthened the Confucian ethical ideology established by the authorities since the early Eastern Han Dynasty,and created the crankiness of moralities.On the other hand,with the transmutation of the spirit of the scholars,some new factors appeared in the ethical livings,which in turn produced some elements for the ethics of the xuan-Xue philosophy in the Wei and Jin dynasties.

    Origin of Family,Private Property and State is a classic work reflecting Marxist moral view on marriage and family.On the basis of interpreting the work carefully,the paper argues that there are three approaches to understanding reasonably Engels' moral view on marriage and family:Historical materialism should be considered as the fundamental principle of Marxist moral views on marriage and family;Under the factual circumstances in China,we should understand reasonably and progressively the foundation of marriage and its moral attributes in the condition of socialism;We need to clear the wrong view imposed on Engels that the word "the marriage that can maintain continuously the love is ethical" can justify "the moral rationality" of divorcement.

    Confucius' "Xin" can be comprehended from its performance in two aspects,i.e. private life and political life.As to its performance in private life, the general characteristic of "Xin" can be reduced to "zhi".It is not only a kind of fundamental code requirement which is suitable for such social interaction as of non-blood relationship and of equal status, but also a kind of personal moral levels. "Xin" can be categorized in order of from-lowness-to-height to three levels,namely, "yan-bi-xin, xing-bi-guo", "zhong-xin",and "xin-yi".As to its performance in political life,"Xin" is not only a kind of requirement that the government should implement reasonable policy to win the trust from people,but also that the governmental officials should cultivate the merit of credibility.Should it be communicated with the contemporary thoughts of credibility,we should not only reform the criterion of interpretation prevalent in our academic circles which originated from the Western Late Enlightenment Philosophy,but also differentiate as to the applicable domains and levels of code requirements,and properly define the responsibility of the person who carries out economic activities.

    The doctrine of "Tiantao"(heavenly laws) and "Xing-Ming"(humanity - will)is one of the main contents in Neo-Confucianism in Song and Ming Dynasties.It links heaven with man,inner with exterior, metaphysics with physics, and brings about more metaphysical meanings to Confucian Philosophy of Pre-Qing Dynasty. The doctrine transcends the purpose of pure utility, and has more value in the ethics. It not only discusses concrete moral norms or moral entry,but also reflects transcendental source and inner basis of morality. The "metaphysical morality" is helpful for cultivating people's transcendental moral consciousness.

    In the case of Fuzihuyin,many people think Confucius agree with Fuzihuyin,which may be its contract from the point of Li and Dao.This paper debates from Li and Zhi,thinking that Confucius isn't Zhizhe,but Lizhe,and thinking that Confucius may approve we advancing from Zhi to Li.Although the country of Lu agree with Fuzihuyin,Confucius says "QiyibianzhiyuLu,LuyibianzhiyuDao"(Qi should advances to Lu,Lu advances to Dao), which we can say that Confucius isn't maintaining reality but criticizing reality.
