    Sport ethics is a special field of ethical studies with its unique characteristics.Its basic cause lies in properties of human body and competion of the sport. The nature of sport combined with other social factors have caused various distinctive ethical phenomena and raised many ethical questions with apparent sport features. These questions mainly focus on the basic moral concepts related to sport and three interactive relations between human beings and themselves, society, and the natural environment. The sport ethics studies will bring insight into ethical issues in sports and better solutions to them as well as to enrich the general theories of ethics.

    Pre-Qin etiquette culture is an important component part of Chinese traditional culture, and including etiquette custom, etiquette system, etiquette science and etiquette education. Its essence is morality and its goal is to maintain the social order and stability through making some rites and forming some moral rules of coordinating the ethical relationship of human and heaven (Goods), persons of family, politics and social association. Specifically, its rules embody the religion ethical rules which focus on worshiping Goods, environmental ethical rules which emphasize the harmonious relationship of human and nature, family ethical rules which focus on showing filial piety to parents, political ethical rules focus on being loyal to sovereign, and social ethical rules which emphasize respecting the elders and upholding the morality.

    In daily life,the phenomenon that words "ethics"and"morality"are often considered to be synonyms has caused confusion in the field of academic theory.This paper sorts out the current representative theoretical concepts,differentiates and classifies oriental vs.western implications of,and relationship between, the two words.The author believes that the two words are synonyms in the west, whereas different in Chinese language by nature.So the oriental and western etymology and word meaning are unlikely to be totally correspondent,it is even impossible to replace the basic meaning of the two words in Chinese culture with that in western culture.Understanding the exact meaning of the two words must depend on the homologous cultural background.

    The Global Code of Ethics for Tourism, claimed by World Tourism Organization in order to develop responsible and sustainable tourism, provides a frame of reference for tourists and stakeholders in 21ist century.     On the aspect of ontology,human's essential attribution, natural attribution and social attribution, consist the premise and basis of ancient Chain evil.On the aspect of axiology, the ancient philosopher who believe human nature is bad advocated we should suppress evil and promote goodness or eliminate evil and save goodness. It leads to the paradox of the ancient theory which is human nature is bad, on the way of ontology, we confirms evil has existent fact and foundation, while we deny the evil's rationality and legitimately on the aspect of axiology. The final orientation value of the people who believe human nature is bad makes people being good. The theories of human nature is good and human nature is bad reached the same goal by different routes on the problem of goodness and evil: there are different routes in the sense of ontology while they have the same goal which is for goodness on the sense of axiology. But to the orthodox thinking of evil, utilitarianism of Song Ming dynasties affirmed the evil's rationality and legitimately in some degrees.

To be filial piety and brothers is friendly is the basic of a family. Zeng Guofan extremely takes in the filial piety in the traditional family ethics culture. He inherited and has carried forward the traditional filial piety proposing the thought of " thinking the filial piety all the time ".Thinking the relations between the quality of loyal and the filial piety, he thought the quality of filial piety is superior to the quality of loyal.
