    Ethic relation of real existence contains the historic unification of objective conditions and subjective conditions.Ethics relation is also the relation in real and rational order in essence,it is maintained by regulations system of morals,laws and customs,and is penetrated with subjective spirit.Reasonableness and legitimacy are the core problems in the relation.The study on ethic order must make the differences between morals and ethics.The harmonious ethic order lies in effective adjustment of morality,also lies in effective control of laws.Ethic order goes by dialectical movement of inevitability and freedom in social reformation,then the movement make contradictions be resolved and make society develop harmoniously.Harmonious society ought to be the society which is sustained by a legitimate and just ethics order.

    Social justice is the core value of the socialist value and ethical basis for building a socialist harmonious society.Social justice is the basic concept for the contemporary socio-economic development and also a system of basic rules including equality of opportunity,distribution to contributions and social adjustment, and specifically social justice consists of equitable rights,equitable access,equitable rules and relatively equitable distribution results.During the time of social transition,only by adhering to the principle of social justice,effectively allocating and arranging rights,obligations and the limited social resources can we establish a fair and rational economic order,and build a harmonious society which is prosperous,democratic,stable and people-loving.

    The Weber's proposition,which demonstrates the relationship between the Protestant ethics and the spirit of capitalism,is always 'a hot topic'.This paper explores the relationship between the ethics & modernization and the reasonableness of spiritual transition in Weber's proposition.It also searches for the revelation in methodology used in changing mental system,re-evaluating the influence of business ethics and making use of spiritual transition to construct business ethics in China.

    Based on analysis of Drucker's management works,this paper tries to explore and anatomize his understanding about business ethics in three aspects.First in the consistency of Confucian ethics,one code of ethics-based universality principle should be applied to all businesses as that to all individuals.Second,institutions should assume social responsibilities due to their new leadership and power in society,but only limited to the extent and scope of their authorities,powers and abilities.Third,management must recognize the importance of interdependent and harmonious relationship.At last this paper simply discusses Drucker's denial of business ethics.

    It's necessary to understand the virtue route of business ethics.Robert C. Solomon,a famous contemporary economic ethicist of American,succeeded in applying Aristotle's theory on virtue in business ethics,and he offered a virtue route to understand business ethics.Aristotle's theory on virtue emphasizes practice, group, pursuing happiness and excellence,etc.,which is the thought resources of the virtue route of business ethics.Furthermore, virtue can make people understand commerce and commercial ethics correctly,can make economic operation more successfully, and it is the foundation of economic trade. However,the virtue route needs some conditions which includes the good moral values and judgments of individuals or enterprises,normative ethics,and a social environment of respect virtue and relevant systems.

    As new values,the collectivism is different from the individualism on essence.They having different historical characteristics,respectively takes roots in the different social relations.However,the former also has the profound historical inherit relations to the latter.The collectivism fully absorbed the valuable factors from the individualism.Therefore,the collectivism is the system of higher level values compared to the individualism.This forming process of collectivism enable it to have a more formidable vitality compared to the individualism.

    From the point of restrain power of society member,ethics can divided two parts.One is force part,another is volunteer part.The first part is morality which is known by people,the second part can named Renlun.Morality and Renlun is opposed,meanwhile they are relative and rely each other,and when one fall, another is risen.In some sense, the unity of opposites is representation of personality liberty and the community will in the field of ethics.The renlunlize of the ethics is the important tendency in today world.In ethics itself,the emergence of the tendency has many to do with the lose of traditional modes of ethics.It is important to distinguish Renlun from Morality.It is beneficial to give the full play of the function of ethics,and help to advance the building of harmonious society.

    This article tries to demonstrate:Zhenguan Main Points of Administration not only is the work of"the king study" but also includes rich official moral thoughts,such as"the oneself cultivates virtue,practices moral rules in all the country";"learns from history,thinks of danger in peace"and so on.As the rule of Tangtaizong and his ministers during the governance of Zhenguan,these official moralities were practiced on ruling the whole nation in Zhenguan period,and become an important factor of"Zhenguan's governing". The thoughts in this book,inherited from the former good tradition,provide the model to the writing moral rules of the later generation and the government official moral standard formulation.

    In Qin and Han dynasties, the Hun in moral life carried out the utilitarianist principle based on the guide of existence,and formed a prevailing moral practice of utilitarianism.In the aspects of changing moral life,Maodun who was the chief of Hun made an outstanding contribution to creating moral norms and moral principles.As to handling the relations among nations and classes,the Hun administrator usually kept off the principle of justice.There hardly were moral norms and moral education to regulate inheriting and distributing political power,so the Hun fall into internal conflict for a long period.In their long time of contacting with Han nationality,the moral life of Hun affected a lot by Hans' moral.

    Starting from the two opponent views on the failure of the Enlightenment Projects,this paper analyzed A. MacIntyre's doctrine of moral theory.In MacIntyre's opinion,while contemporary emotivism led to incommensurable moral particularity, he Enlightenment Projects did not achieve its purpose for moral universality, because their premises were incommensurable,either. he difference between emotivists and enlightenment thinkers was that the latter stick to dealing with moral disagreenment in a rational way,but the former had given up.MacIntyre was not satisfied with such two attitudes and planned to discuss it in a traditional rational way.However,his plan encountered lots of difficulties.My viewpoint is that only by enough rational discourse,can we put moral university and moral particularity to rights

    The Aristotle's theory of moral choice is one of the important aspects in Aristotle's Ethics.To begin with,in this thesis his theory of moral choice can be divided into three aspects: Firstly,about his precondition of theory;Secondly,about his demonstration of theory;Thirdly,about the end of his theory.To follow up,we will discuss its advantages and disadvantages on the basis of West philosophy history.Through studying his theory of moral choice in ancient Greece,we can understand the important role played in moral theory and pratice.
