    All Chinese people were deeply impressed by the year of 2008. The year brought us valuable spiritual wealth, which turned out to be our deepest memories.The past year witnessed the expansion of our national spirit, the promotion of our time spirit,the expression of our courage to win victory,the display of our administrative ethical belief in government for public good and scientific development,the deepened understanding of the ideas of peace and harmony, and the bettering of the civilization level of the public. Meanwhile,the year also witnessed some weak points of our enterprise ethics. We are supposed to value the spiritual wealth we got from the past year.

    Rawls explained his idea on Jus ad Bellum,Jus in Bello,and esp.Jus post Bellum.Rawls'just war theory is closely related with his social justice theory and is deeply influenced by Michael Walzer's just war theory,but in some way different with Walzer's.There is also some theoretical dilemma and defects in Rawls'just war theory,which give us a guidance to make research on just war theory in the future.

    Financial ethics is the totality of ethical relations,ethical consciousness,ethical criterions and ethical activities involved in financial activities.Financial ethics has general and narrow means.The development of economic theory,management science and applied ethics has been revealing the morality of corporations and the ethics of financial activities.Financial ethics has its full theoretical basis.In the financial activities,there are three forms of financially ethical relations between natural person and legal person,natural persons and legal persons,which present itself with gradations,duality,formal and dynamical characteristics.The financially ethical criterions mainly have credit criterion and equity criterion and the two criterions promote each other mutually.The operating mechanism of financial ethics includes external safeguard mechanism,internal adjustment mechanism,market incentive mechanism and social morality mechanism etc.These mechanisms mutually take effect to promote the healthy development of financial ethics.

    Currently in China much of the criticism on the inequality in the distribution of health resources is instrumental in nature.According to this kind of analytical approach,the key issues involved in trying to achieve equality in the distribution of health resources are increase of the total volume,rational and reasonable distribution among the population,and the leading role of and guidance from the government. In this paper,the author first points out the irrelevance of such analytical approach.She then goes on by arguing that the discussion about the equality of resources is actually a lot more complicated than the instrumental analysis.Given that China is a country with limited health resources and drastic geographic differences,she finally concludes that the distributees,i.e.the members of the society,should be granted with more right in the process of decision-making concerning the distribution of such resources.The active involvement of the members of the society is essential to the realization of equality of the resources.
