In this paper,the author first points out the irrelevance of such analytical approach.She then goes on by arguing that the discussion about the equality of resources is actually a lot more complicated than the instrumental analysis.Given that China is a country with limited health resources and drastic geographic differences,she finally concludes that the distributees,i.e.the members of the society,should be granted with more right in the process of decision-making concerning the distribution of such resources.The active involvement of the members of the society is essential to the realization of equality of the resources.
