Ethics of organizations is the idea of moral values contained in organizations. A reasonable idea of moral values has important significance for organizations, it is of advantage to operating and controlling of organizations, to strengthening the role of uniting and condensing organizations, and strengthening the role of encouraging and stimulating members of organizations; it is able to portray images of enterprises and improve social status of organizations and improve the efficiency of organizations. In abstract thinking, the ethics of organization may be divided into an ethics of organization design and an ethics of organization structure, its specific contents include a rational division of labor, choosing fairly persons for their jobs; not damaging others, abiding by ethics of the bottom; paying equally attention to justice and benefits, devoting to society; serving the masses, letting collectives to be in prior.
