    From the macroscopic view of society beyond pure economics, we can see that fairness is not opposed with efficiency; instead, it is the roots of the latter: the productive efficiency roots in the distributive fairness; the market efficiency in the fairness of exchange; the social efficiency in the fairness of rectification; and the ecological efficiency in the fairness between generations.

    The harmonious society of socialism is a moralized society.     Ethics of organizations is the idea of moral values contained in organizations. A reasonable idea of moral values has important significance for organizations, it is of advantage to operating and controlling of organizations, to strengthening the role of uniting and condensing organizations, and strengthening the role of encouraging and stimulating members of organizations; it is able to portray images of enterprises and improve social status of organizations and improve the efficiency of organizations. In abstract thinking, the ethics of organization may be divided into an ethics of organization design and an ethics of organization structure, its specific contents include a rational division of labor, choosing fairly persons for their jobs; not damaging others, abiding by ethics of the bottom; paying equally attention to justice and benefits, devoting to society; serving the masses, letting collectives to be in prior.

    Whether sub-moral exists and should be advocated in special conditions, there are different viewpoints in ethics circles. In fact, when we judge the sub-moral actions, we cannot follow the logical way like either this or that, just like illegal acts can be divided into general violations against law and aggravated misconduct. The criterion of sub-moral and immorality can deepen our cognition of the complexity of human being actions and it can be helpful to safeguard the people's interests. So the author hold whether from the angle of “ought” or from the angle of “being”, the advocation of sub-moral has its own reasonable basis.

    Thomas Scanlon, who believes liberalism of equality, is a famous political philosopher. In the face of criticisms that Joho Rawls' A Theory of Justice got, based on Rawls' moral contractualim, he changed Rawls' research direction concentrating on macro-social institutions, came up with a substantial contractualism ,from micro angle to argue the nature of individual morality, and why we should concern right and wrong, and their priority over other concerns and values. This develops the contract form of Rawls' moral theory, and complemented Rawls' negative points. It has significant influence in contemporary ethics.

    There are two reasoning methods, namely the analytical method and the synthetical method, which are important for the construct of Kant's moral metaphysics. By the analytical method, he abstracted firstly the pure moral phenomena and principle from the common tangly moral understanding in order to lay a foundation to the real moral philosophy. Then he guaranteed the substantiality of moral law and applied it to the experiencial world by synthetica method, so as to argue that moral principle was not the subjective fabrication. The two methods rely on each other and sustain the edifice of moral metaphysics.
