    The first step of developing Marxism is to form the platform and the basis on which the development is supposed to be made. One of the theoretical bases is the combination of Marxism and ecological studies. Ecological Marxism developed by western scholars, trying to explore the relation of Marxism and ecology, to highlight the anti-ecology nature of capitalism and the compatibility with ecological development of socialism, is one of the meaningful theoretical attempt to develop Marxism made by modern western scholars.

    Marxism has made a dialectical analysis on the relation of science and technology and ethics value. Fully affirming the great function of science and technology in the social development, it has created systematically the whole theory of technology to surmount technological determinism, and emphasized that the function of science and technology is realized among the systematic structure of productivity. At the time of analyzing the negative effect of science and technology, it has deeply revealed the science and technology, s valuable deviation under the capitalist system, through the criticism to system surmounting the criticism to science and technology. Marxism put science and technology and ethics value in historical background of human ground society, circulating the relation of them on the foundation of mankind's practice.

    To build a well-off society in an all-round way needs ethical spirit to support. This essay relates it to molding urban spirit, and considers that urban ethical spirit, as an indication of progress of this era, is the core and the soul of urban spirit, as well as the spiritual force and the basic aim of value for building a well-off society in all-round way. At present, eight special connotations of the urban ethical spirit corresponding to the development of the time should be hold high in the process of building the well-off society, and meanwhile concrete approaches that achieve these urban ethical spirit should be formed deliberately based upon the practical changes of modern society.

    The process of globalization has two basic aspects, the first is the development of science and technology, the other is the development of capitalism. Up to now, the process of globalization has been the process that capitalism is realizing its own development making use of unceasing changing science and technology, the social essence of this process lies in globalization of capitalism, including economic globalization of capitalism and ethical globalization of capitalism corresponding to it. But, international phenomena and affairs such as anti-globalization indicate that the capitalism being the promoting force of globalization now go to its back, has become the impeding force of globalization; global increasingly serious ecological crisis has more indicated that capitalism can't exist and develop according to its intrinsic way. So require objectively change present economic institutions of capitalism and its ethics, including economic ration, humanistic ration and scientific ration of capitalism. Meeting the needs of resolving global ecological crisis today, a kind of new ethics, namely ecological ethics is forming, it has the hope that ultimately become the global ethics replaced traditional capitalism ethics.

    The moral order of a world of daily life is as a matter of course for the vast majority of the people, but how does this moral order be possible? This dissertation try to answer this question with the effort of Pre-Qin Dynasty: to prove that the stabilization and normalization of moral order of a world of daily life is not a natural process but a process of construction of conscious effort, this argument is from the Confucianists' cognition of Pre-Qin Dynasty of ethical structure of traditional society, basic anxiousness of “desire” and “evil” corresponding construction of the moral order, and the moving mode of “benevolence”-“propriety” and so on.

    As the core and cream of traditional culture, the Confucianists’ culture has been influencing China society for many thousand years. We must face straightly the pan-morality of the Confucianists’ culture to interpret and comb it. The Confucianists’ morality extended all sorts of sectors and levels, it has showed as the thoughts of replacing rule by politics with rule by virtue, replacing rule by etiqutte with penal code, taking virtue as the fundamental and taking the wealth as the incidental, spreading the Dao by the articles, unifying the beauty and the goodness and so on. In some way, the Confucianists’ Culture is a pan-morality.

The general cognition logic is from conception to judgment, then to inference.     P2P file sharing that caused disputes on copyright law poses “ a worldwide issue”. proceeding from the difficulty of implement of copyright law in many countries as well as in China, the paper analyzes the conditions and causes for development of P2P, the impacts on music production by P2P, and the tendency that P2P shows, in economic, social and ethical point of view. The author's conclusion is that, P2P is an advanced technology for the socialization of music and for the more extenscive share of human spiritual wealth. However, the current illegal application of the technology on sharing copyrighted music files breaks the capital circle of music production, infringes on copyright holders' interests. It should be noted that the technological conditions, social demands and the problems with the current mode of music production deepen the current crisis and calls for new mode of music production. Legislation should follow the new development, support P2P technology according to public goods and public will while protect copyright, and balance and regulate P2P stakeholders' interests according to the ethic of law.

    A two-dimensional conceptual model of ethical evaluation for Internet marketing practices is developed, on the basis of which various ethics strategies in Internet marketing are discussed. It is argued that higher ethical level does not necessarily apply to all kinds of businesses. Moreover, various influential factors are considered to help businesses to formulate their optimum ethics strategies in Internet marketing. Finally, as a best practice case, the ethics strategies in Internet Marketing of HP are analyzed in detail.
