Abstract: Worker's moral quality and its function displaying are the essential content of productive forces level appraisal from the two angles of tendency and static.Human's development and human's relations consummation are the important symbol of productive forces level.Physical productivity and energetic productive forces including moral productive forces are the important productive forces essential factors which complements one another.Therefore,the moral productive forces has its full theory basis.

摘要： 劳动者的道德素质及其作用的发挥,是从动态和静态两个角度进行生产力水平考量的不可缺少的内容,人的发展和关系的完善是生产力水平的重要标志,物质生产力与包括道德生产力在内的精神生产力是相辅相成的重要的生产力要素,因此,道德生产力有其充分的理论依据。
