Abstract: To carry out the scientific development concept, we must strengthen the research of economic ethics. During the process of unifying the economical rationality with the ethic validity, the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics can be advanced. The economic ethics can provide moral foundation for humanist scientific development concept's implement as well as moral support for comprehensively coordinated sustainable development.The economic ethics can impetus unified planning to realize the social justice .
