    To improve the general mood of society is a goal of establishing a outlook of sense of shame of socialism. That a bad general mood of society has been overflowing all the more makes it clear that making no distinction between honor and shame and departing from the sense of shame have been phenomena of groups, and a trend of losing shame appeared. “A shame is not accompanied by perverting”, to “know the things of shame” and then to be honest; The key to establish a correct outlook of honor or disgrace lies in “knowing the things of shame” and “having a sense of shame”, arousing and cultivating “shame of shame”. Under the circumstances that negative effects of market economy have been thoroughly exposed, we should do so even more. A sense of shame is a bottom line of being man, and is a basic point of personality, that a man has a sense of shame is a self cause of preserving dignity of being man, so, under the prerequisite of improving the level of material life, to respect and guarantee basic rights of citizens, to respect personalities, to guard and arouse a sense of shame of all members of society, and to cultivate sense of self-respect are essential conditions by which to establish a outlook of sense of shame of socialism and promote a formation and development of good general mood of society.

    Popular morals means a way of action that satisfies basic psycholagical needs, value needs and proper calls of individuals, at the same time it does not intentially damage others and society, and have not objecti vely consequences of damage for others and society, in some way, this way of action is often beneficial to others and collectives. The popular morals are the need of times and are bases of moral example. It values extremely an effective unity of moral obligations and moral rights, and merges into individuals' works and lifes.

    The moral value of taking people as the foundation is namely a moral value that takes human attributes, human thinking and human state as the starting point of theory. Human attributes are divided into a subjective attribute, social attribute, natural attribute and spiritual attribute. The human thinking has four levels of one's own individuality, social groups, nature and belief. The human state is divided into a great man, a hero, an exemplary person, an advanced individual and an average person.

    Both “ethics” & “morality” are key concepts in ethics or moral philosophy, But the two concepts are in long confusion,in which ethics and moral education become speech stammer. The two concepts are compared from three dimensions in this thesis: from Chinese language & culture; from English & culture; from Chinese culture and western culture. The conclusions are that the contemporary concept of ethics embodies properties of rationality, sciences public will and so on, and the concept of morality includes more flavour of sentiments, humanities and individual training and so on, nowadays there is significant linguistic & culture borderline between “ethics” and “morality” after exclusive , competition and amalgamation from each other. Namely, the “ethics” is higher concept than the “morality”.They cannot replace each other in academic horizon.

    The people looked upon the morals as important tools of salving the society between the end of the Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China. It contained abundant contents and they help each other forward to the climax of the ideological trend of the salvation. The appearing realistic difficulties promoted the reconstruction of the ethics spread out. This broke down the barriers of the three cardinal guides and the five constant virtues. It led to disintegration of the traditional theory system and opened the prelude of the reconstruction of the modern ethics. They based themselves upon assimilating with discrimination, synthesized and brought forth new ideas, established an embryonic form of the modern ethics of China and realized preliminarily the modernization of the traditional ethics and morals.

    The causes that there are moral hazard for managers in state-run enterprises are mainly from these aspects: Both the institutions of property right and the structure of administration of corporation have some defects, the human capital of managers in state-run enterprises doesn't match with their rewards, it is difficult to supervise effectively managers in state-run enterprises. In order to eliminate actions of moral hazard of managers in state-run enterprises, it is necessary to take countermeasures of precaution from these aspects: to establish and amplify mechanism of encouragement for managers in enterprises, to set up and amplify the mechanism of balancing rights within a corporation, to establish strict mechanism of restraint, to improve the structure of administration of corporations and strengthen supervisions and so on.

    Ethics of war mainly explores how war is compelled by ethics, or how the progress of ethics exerts impact on war. Meanwhile, behaviors in war are more international than other human behaviors. Thus, as a kind of moral force on controlling war, ethics of war is easy to be accepted by the whole world. Ethics of war can be classified into three levels: military ethics, ethics of armament, soldiery ethics. Military ethics is based on human, armament ethics is on weapon, and soldiery ethics is on the soldier's action on weapon. The three levels will make a progress with the development of times.

    It is self-evident that identification in disputed paternity plays a positive role in maintaining the matrimonial sense and ethical relations of a family. But at the same time it also causes a series of new problems that should be paid much attention to. For example, it intensifies the significance of male kinship right while neglects that of female; it strengthens physiological and kin ethical sense while weakening that of social ethic in sex.
