That a bad general mood of society has been overflowing all the more makes it clear that making no distinction between honor and shame and departing from the sense of shame have been phenomena of groups, and a trend of losing shame appeared. “A shame is not accompanied by perverting”, to “know the things of shame” and then to be honest; The key to establish a correct outlook of honor or disgrace lies in “knowing the things of shame” and “having a sense of shame”, arousing and cultivating “shame of shame”. Under the circumstances that negative effects of market economy have been thoroughly exposed, we should do so even more. The conclusions are that the contemporary concept of ethics embodies properties of rationality, sciences public will and so on, and the concept of morality includes more flavour of sentiments, humanities and individual training and so on, nowadays there is significant linguistic & culture borderline between “ethics” and “morality” after exclusive , competition and amalgamation from each other. Namely, the “ethics” is higher concept than the “morality”.They cannot replace each other in academic horizon.
