    We should examine closely the contemporary value that the core values system of socialism to lead social trends of thoughts from the important leading role of core ideology to the common consciousness. Using the core values we portray peoples' beliefs, ideals and moral concepts, and arouse the masses' subjective enthusiasm initiative, make them become approvers in thought and practitioners in action of the core values system of socialism.

    The basic content of the core values system of the socialism is a structural exist. It contains the four basic elements consisting of different nature, in which Marxism is the guiding ideology-oriented content, the common ideal of socialism with Chinese characteristics is target content, the national sprit with patriotism as the core and the spirit of the times with the reform and innovation as the core are the emotional and dynamic content, socialist concept of honor is the basic content. From the level of the structure, the four basic elements consisted of the core values system of socialism, from the lowest level to the highest, constitutes overall framework structure which is logically rigorous, structured, from high to low, and theory to practice. But each also has its own characteristics of the hierarchical structure.

    From the view of semantics, the core value system of socialism is the sum of sense, experience, cognizance and evaluation to the validity of socialism for people, which embody a system of concepts. And the core value system of socialism is the systemof concepts in which there are dominant status and function. And from the view of pragmatics, the core value system of socialism have three requirements because of different interpreters, namely, the state appeal who requires whole society to do something based on the class will; the social appeal who expresses the prospective desire based on the ought; and the individual appeal who insists on mass accepting standard based on the truth.
    On Commons' Morality——A Case Analysis Concerning Returning Things Lost To Get Payments

    In the daily life, commons' morality is a universal behavioral mode and moral realm. Neither does it refer to transcendent Sages or Junzi, nor Xiaoren, who forgets friendship for profit and benefits oneself at other people's cost, but morals of "common people" between them. "Commons' morality" equips with these features as follow: First, those behaviors performed shouldn't be valued through such languages as "Should" or "Shouldn't", but through "Right" and the like; Second, it takes unity of Yi and Li as its basic view of value; Third, during dealing with social relationships, it emphasizes Win-win each other; Last, it always looks upon unity of right and duty as its behavioral motivation. In fact, commons' morality prevailing in society should be an authentic moral phenomenon. Those principals like unity of Yi and Li, of right and duty, Win-win between self-other, all embody modern ethical spirit. Consequently, paying attentions to commons' moral, we can gradually conquer past Binary mode of thinking, namely to estimate behaviors by words either good or evil, and begin to face daily life itself. As a result, a new moral view, which satisfies demands of market economy of socialist, would be established in the future.

    The inner structure of honesty lets itself to be anatomized from at least two perspectives. In view of its subordinate spheres, honesty can be divided into one in mind, in words, and in actions. These three layers are interdependent on and interactive of one another. The honesty in mind is the inner foundation for the honesty in words and in actions, while the latter is the indispensable express of the former. As for the honesty in words and in actions, they promote each other. In respect of its concerned objects, honesty can be distinguished into one for oneself, for others, and for communities. These three dimensions are interrelated to one another and the one advances successively the other. The honesty for oneself is the necessary premise of the honesty for others and for communities, and the honesty for others is the necessary prolongation and indispensable verification of the honesty for oneself, and again the honesty for communities is the logical extension of the honesty for others.

    Ethics of utilitarianism has been confronting an actual difficulty all the time, this difficulty is a problem of making concrete standard at the time of measuring quantitatively utility. Early utilitarian used delight and happiness to stand for and measure utility, later used social value increased and welfare to indicate the substantial concept of utility, and now it uses mainly preference and its satisfaction to definite the essence of utility. This dissertation analyzes and summarizes the change and development of concept of utility in theory and practice, and makes new classification and analysis for them by the system of concepts of cognition, sentiments and wills of psychology.

    "Ethics spirit" in myself ethics research is the most basic and individual characteristic core concept. It should be understood in the world morals philosophy linguistic environment uniting the "ethics" and "the spirit" respective essence and their unification relationship between the both. "The value ecology" is the philosophy promotion and the significance abstract of the concept of "natural ecology" .The union product of "ethics spirit" and "value ecology" is the ecology values of moral philosophy and the ecology methodology. To dispels the value hegemony, to pursues and achieve "ethics method surmounting" in "the ecology consciousness" and are the two realistic and the academic topics which "ethics mental value ecology" theory attempts to discuss and solve.

    "Attribute of fact of behavior"is the core concept in Wang Haiming's formula of illation of ethic,and is the base of his ethnics.The purpose he created the concept is to express such a thought: people should take the impersonality effect of human behavior as basement but not human desire when they make ethic criterion.The thought has very important theoretic meaning.The concept but not gave expression to the thought and infracted a good much principle of word-building and logics, brought about serious confusion of thought. The theoretic causation that Wang Haiming created the error concept is that his thinking of procedure how to constitute an ethic is simply and confusedly,so this paper puts forward a substitute formula.

    Legal recognition of citizens' sentiments is an appropriate solution to the dilemmas of citizens' decisions for action. This practice of legislation has its theoretical and historical grounds. Bringing the legal recognition of citizens' sentiments into the domain of legislative ethics will not only contribute to the establishment of good laws, but also be conducive to the effective conformity of the laws, because it will logically remove the emotional obstruction in judicature and provide the sentimental basis for citizens' conformity of the laws.

    HuangXing's political ethic is an important part of his ethical thoughts,and it covered four aspects: First,he emphasized that morality played an important role in the construction of political power and political party while proposing that politics should be moralized. Second,being sincerely patriotic was the body of Huang Xing's thought of political ethics. Third,his political ethics appeared to be united, friendly and devoted. Fourth,"To work for most people's happiness"was the ideal of practising Huang Xing's thoughts of political ethic.     Some people with lofty ideals had a theoretical annotation on how to save the nation from subjugation of morals through the magazine of Justice and Friendship at the early Republic of China.Their contents covered such aspects as follows: the morals were of great value to the democratic republic,the morals should keep abreast of the times in theory,moral spirits be founded actively and the concrete moral standards be reconstructed and the ideal political characters be modelled after and so on.What they had done was integrated with criticizing the malpractice.They made an attack on such that the name fell short of the reality,the state was full of the bureaucratic who had the vicious spirits,the administrative staff had the mean motive,the will of the people was decadent and the trend of thought was degenerated.They tried to reconstruct the ideal characters so as to achieve the goal through self-examination,the external force being made use of, a good example being set to and the politics being separated from the society.

    Though both Zhuang zi and Sartre call for freedom together, their respective idea of freedom is greatly different from each other. The spiritual freedom of Zhuang zi is inactive, while the soul freedom of Sartre is active. Zhuang zi holds that the way to realize freedom is to let nature take its course and to get rid of your desire through heart-washing, while Sartre holds that the man is destined for freedom, the way to realize freedom is to let the man realize he is free by encouraging him to do self-choice, to achieve self –making and self-realization.
