    The right-duty relationship may be reduced to two kinds of relevance. On the one hand, it refers to the relationship between a person's rights and another one's duties. In this sense, one person's rights are another person's duties; vice versa. This reflects the logical relevance between rights and duties. On the other hand, it implies the moral relevance between rights and duties, which means an exchange of one person's rights with another one's duties.

    Loyalty is an important conception in Confucius' ethics theory. Confucius gave "loyalty" a system analysis from all directions, including theory discussion and how to cultivate and practice the loyalty morality, thus formed an intact system that theory and practicality combining with. In Confucius' opinion, "loyalty" obviously has the character of pan-ethics. As the moral character that all persons should possess, "loyalty" doesn't have alternative on the subject.     The thoughts of loyalty and considerateness are the Confucianists' basic ways to conduct oneself in society,namely the Confucianists' basic humanity idea. The thoughts of loyalty and considerateness include “the thought of loyalty” and “the thought of considerateness”. The former is the inner demand to oneself that one should take a very earnest and pious attitude;The latter is the outer attitude toward others that one should have qualities of understanding, respecting and forgiving others.
