Abstract: As a kind of basic system in the social economic life and people's a kind of fundamental right, the property right is a basic of the social moral. Starting with the premise that the benefit is difference and the property right limits, the moral went on to develop. The special characteristics and evolution of the social moral are followed by the nature and transformation of Social property right system; The structure and the condition of social property right arrangement is restricting people's moral behavior choice and also affect the social morals prevailing custom. The perfect property right arrangement is good for people to restrain their behavior choice, to comfort people's life point of view, and to build the positive environment and the condition of the moral. In a word, it optimizes people's moral behavior choice and promotes to form good social moral's order.
