道德自律的形成机制

摘要： 个体从事活动的动机是多种多样的,既有出于对活动的钟爱,也可能是受到利益的驱使,个体的行为、行动理由等都无法避免各种社会因素的影响。在诸多选项中最终选择哪一项,主体的自律机制发挥着重要作用。对自律的形成机制、影响因素的考察,将有助于了解主体行为准则的形成机制——来源于外部的规范经个体的自我认可,便成了自主行为的准则,这种融合了外来规范的自律,我们将其称为“他律的自律”。如果规范与个体的长远的生活计划及价值观相一致,那么这种规范的实施将能更有效地抵御来自社会环境的各种影响,自律更具持续性和稳定性。
