Abstract: Public selecting obligations are the subject internal guarantee of public selecting justice, which ensure the principles of public selecting deliberation to be maintained.Although experts,citizens,vocational public selecting functionaries and political leaders play different roles in public selection, they should undertake moral obligation of public selection as citizens,mainly including resourcefulness and courageousness,promise to heart, publicity to public selection.The three obligations are the essential demands that they enter public selecting area,and are decided by the characteristics of public selection itself too,they all sustain the value aim of public selecting justice to be realized smoothly.

摘要： 公选义务是公选公正的主体内在担保,确保公选商谈的基本原则得以维护。参与公选工作的专家、公民、专职公选部门、政治领导四者,尽管在公选中承担不同的公选职责,但都应以公民的身份肩负起公选的道德义务,主要包括勇猛精进、承诺于心、公于公选。这三项义务是他们进入公选领域的根本要求,也是由公选活动本身的特点决定的,共同支撑着公选公正的价值目标的顺利实现。
