Abstract: Because the experimental object of cloning is human living cells instead of human embryos, because man can only decide his future limitedly, and because genetic examination is instrumental to human health, so cloning experiment can not do harm to human life as well as the rights of cloned human beings. It will not violate the three principles of ethics, either.
Key words: cloned human beings, ethics, the principle of uninjury, the principle of autonomy, the principle of equality
