Abstract: Justice is fundamental concept of politics, and good is basic idea of ethics. Ethics and politics not only are opposite, but also penetrate mutually. According by Hegel's theory, political nature is ethicality. Government is practical spirit of self reflection and personification of universality, and embodies goodness; state is ethics entity and reality of ethical ideas. In addition, Hegel made rules spirituality essence of public power and wealth from realistic political problems at that time. Hegel's politic theories not only provide theoretical resources for understanding the relationship between ethics and politics, but also guide us to go out of the predicament of modern political.
