摘要/Abstract

摘要： 企业伦理决策理论研究是西方企业伦理学及企业战略管理的前沿问题。本文依次评介西方企业伦理决策的概念、影响因素及研究方法。试从伦理问题的强度、个人因素及组织因素三个维度对西方企业伦理决策的最新动态进行梳理。以期为中国企业伦理决策框架构建提供启示,为中国企业的可持续性发展提供指导。
