Abstract: The prominent theme in engineering ethics is the responsibility committed voluntarily for human health, security and commonweal. The responsibility of engineering ethics is growing along with multiplication of impacts of science and technology on the society. Being more powerful in science and technology, their rapidly development and the underdetermination of their effects, put us in a disastrous risk which is the fundamental reason why we should have the ethics of responsibility. There are many levels in ethical responsibility for engineering. Basically an engineering is a process involved with groups and even all the people in the society. This asks the ethics should establish on a new basis.
