Abstract: Marxism has made a dialectical analysis on the relation of science and technology and ethics value. Fully affirming the great function of science and technology in the social development, it has created systematically the whole theory of technology to surmount technological determinism, and emphasized that the function of science and technology is realized among the systematic structure of productivity. At the time of analyzing the negative effect of science and technology, it has deeply revealed the science and technology, s valuable deviation under the capitalist system, through the criticism to system surmounting the criticism to science and technology. Marxism put science and technology and ethics value in historical background of human ground society, circulating the relation of them on the foundation of mankind's practice.
