Abstract

摘要： 随着生成式人工智能技术与虚拟现实技术的飞速发展,数字故人实现了跨越物理界限的生命存续,在虚拟维度里重构了生者与逝者之间的新型社会关系纽带。通过再现逝者的虚拟影像与语音特征,数字故人为生者开辟了一条情感寄托与心灵慰藉的新途径,但也可能带来生死界限模糊化、情感依赖风险等问题,其中深度交织着数据权利归属的冲突、对逝者人格权的侵犯与资源负担过载等伦理困境。解决这些问题,需要在尊重生死尊严的基础上,实现自然生命有限性与数字生命无限性之间的平衡,贯彻生前预嘱原则以及构建全面的数据保护机制与道德预警机制。
