Abstract: The idea of the press means publishing subjects' fundamental judgment for the value of publications, “taking goodness as the foundation” is the idea of the press that is taking promoting the development of social public welfare and spiritual civilization as the core, it provides not only a moral ideal but also a goodorder for publishing actions.
