Abstract

Abstract: Justice is belong to human bing. The prinieple of Justice development include four:difference principle,identity principle,difference and identity coadjusting principle,stressing identity principle.

摘要： 正义是人的正义,从人作为差异与同一的统一体来考察正义,发现正义有其内在运行发展原则,这些原则包括差异性原则、同一性原则、差异与同一相统一的原则、同一性突现发展原则。
