Abstract: To grasp the unity of filial piety and benevolence , it is well needed to proceed with Confucian ethics system .The unity is based on the theory that human being is virtuous in his nature , with varying love based on kinship.It is the unity of filial piety and benevolence that forms deliberate tension and circulates the relation of them on the foundation of mankind's practice.

摘要： 在儒家的理论体系中,“孝”与“仁”之间具有深层的关联维度。“血缘亲情”是二者关联的现实起点,“人性本善”是价值基础,“能近取譬”是思维方法。“孝”与“仁”之间的层级性的差异与连续性统一,生成一种认识、价值与实践层面的必要张力。
