Abstract

Abstract: The protruding of right and the idea of right has already produced and will go on producing extensive influences on social ethical relations and moral construction, at the same time, it will necessarily give enormous impetus to our ethical study, the construction of civil morality must insist on a principle of unifying a right with a duty.

摘要： “权利”和权利观念的凸现,已经并将继续对社会伦理关系和道德建设产生深刻的影响,同时也必然会对我国伦理学研究和发展以巨大的推动,公民道德建设必须坚持权利与义务相统一的方针原则。
