Abstract: A dialogue between Pro.Wang Xiaoxi and Pro.Peter Koslowski has been hold recently at Nanjing Normal University, in which two specialists communicated adequately some subjects including ethical problems of financial crisis, business ethics and its functions, freedom and responsibility of corporation, moral assets and its evaluation system.
