Abstract: People have been questioning the problem of low efficiency of morality practice due to the crisis of moral downturn from the reality, and the fundamental reason of the crisis is that people only attach importance on the emptiness aspect of "how to say" but ignore the practice factor of "how to do". Due to the lack of driving factor of "how to do", morality will inevitably take on the tendency of emptiness because of lacking the actual ability of turning theory to the actual ability. Therefore, it is the currently biggest issue to regard "how to do" as the key point of morality practice to activate the internal driving factors of morality through the way of using the experience of Japanese morality practice, overcoming the tendency of emptiness of Confucianism and diversely absorbing the nutrition from ancient culture.

摘要： 来自现实的道德滑坡的危机感,使人不得不质疑道德实践效益低下的问题,其根本原因在人们只重视“如何说”的空虚的方面,而忽视“如何做”的实践因子。由于没有“如何做”因子的驱动,道德也必然因缺乏把理论变为人的实际能力而呈现空虚的倾向。借鉴日本道德实践的经验,克服儒学空虚不务实的倾向,多元地吸收古代文化的营养,把“如何做”作为道德实践的关节点,从而激活道德的内在驱动力机制,这是当下的最大课题。
