Abstract: Until recently,the theory and practice of the moral foundation of party members in colleges have manifested that methodology conceals axiology.The mechanism of moral foundation is a key concept under the level of methodology,is the juncture between principle and method,and between operation and cognition. The research on mechanism is an effective way to prevent the disjointing of theory and practice,the abruption of specific methods and systematic methodology.The mechanism of moral foundation of Party members in college possesses the characteristics of the emphasis on self-discipline,the emphasis of self-enjoyment and the prominence of model.To establish the mechanism of moral foundation about the Party members in college,it is necessary to focus on educational guidance,to create the educational environment, to do self-examination diligently and several other key procedures.

摘要： 当前的高校党员道德建设理论与实践中表现出了价值论对方法论的掩盖。道德建设机制是方法论层面的一个关键范畴,是原理与方法、认识与操作的联结点。机制研究是防止理论与实践脱节、具体方法与系统方法论剥离的有效途径。高校党员道德建设机制具有注重自享、强调自律、突出示范等特性。构建高校党员道德建设机制,要着力把握好教育引导、营造环境、勤于自省几个关键环节。
