Abstract

摘要： 道德资本主义提倡将私利融入公益,追求私利与公益辩证、有机的统一;强调践行者要有“考虑整体的自我利益”意识。“考克斯原则”成为引领道德资本主义的范例,现实生活中的成功企业为私利与公益的协调提供了榜样,这对终结人类贫困具有重大价值。但是,道德资本主义要想落到实处,必须培养众多有原则的商业领导,并通过他们带动和促进其他领导力量使道德资本主义的价值真正得到实现。
