A New Method of Experimental Ethics Responding to the Challenge of Is-Ought Problem

Abstract

摘要： 研究者对实验伦理学提出“是/应当”问题挑战时预设了两个重要理论立场。它们不仅能对实验伦理学构成挑战,也能对许多得到广泛认可的伦理学方法或理论造成危害。这些预设成立所需付出的理论代价与实验伦理学接受“是/应当”问题挑战的代价相当。以此为基础,实验伦理学的辩护者可以转换回应批评的方向,将回应“是/应当”问题的责任转移到实验伦理学的批评者身上。
