Abstract

摘要： 在罗尔斯的政治伦理学中,正义的基本任务是对人们的竞争性主张进行裁断与调解,以使社会生活保持良序状态。贯穿其理论建构之始终,罗尔斯一直集中关注社会成员间的主张多元化问题,认为其若不能得到妥善解决,将会对社会生活造成严重挑战。罗尔斯的公平正义理论便是对此问题所提出的针对性解决方案。尽管这一问题在《正义论》与《政治自由主义》中以不同的形式展现出来,但它的基本性质及其与良序社会的紧密关联却在“政治转向”前后得到了保持;这为揭示罗尔斯前、后期正义理论的内在统一性提供了有力依据。
