Three Focal Issues Concerning Climate Justice Research

Abstract

摘要： 气候正义虽然已经成为国际气候谈判的主导原则之一,但是,国际气候协议的达成与实施仍然举步维艰。人们对气候正义的实质、气候正义的维度、气候正义诸原则的具体内容、气候正义诸原则的优先性及其政策含义等方面的认识与理解存在分歧是导致这一困境的重要原因之一。促进包括气候正义在内的气候伦理与气候价值观方面的沟通与融合,培育全球气候治理的公共政治文化与人类共同价值,是走出全球气候治理的“国际囚徒困境”的长远之道。首先从宏观上梳理和评估全球气候正义研究的现状,然后依次探讨和剖析全球气候正义研究的三个焦点问题（气候正义的内涵与外延、气候正义的基本原则、全球气候变暖的历史责任）,可以为全球气候治理积累必要的道德资源,促进并深化全球气候伦理的研究与交流,探求气候正义研究的新的突破点与可能的生长点。
