Abstract: In the middle of 1990,Chinese started to research educational institutions ethics.Educational institutions ethics is a new and valuable subject in China. By recalling all the researches,we conclude that educational institutions ethics researching in China is in a primary stage.The main shortcoming is lack in theory.The next stage should follow the steps as following:strengthening the basic theory,constructing the subject system,referring to the theories of some other subjects,and studying to the foreign researches in this domain.

摘要： 20世纪90年代中期,国内学术界才开始涉入教育制度伦理的研究,教育制度伦理在我国是一个崭新而又特别有价值的研究领域。通过文献研究我们发现,当前国内教育制度伦理研究还处于初步阶段,理论研究薄弱是最大的不足,以后应在以下几个方面改进:加强基本理论的研究,加强学科体系建设,广泛借鉴相关学科的研究成果,加强国外成果的进展研究。
