Abstract: In the trend propagation globalization, the impact on Medias becomes direct and fierce. With view to the difference of cultural value system between the Western and Eastern, conflict and the lose of harmonization is unavoidable as a result of the interaction when propagation crossing different cultures. To face up to the challenge, strengthening the construction of ethic culture of socialist media turns out to be ever urgent.
