摘要/Abstract

摘要： 道德损伤不同于心理创伤或创伤后应激障碍,它是指个体参与且未能阻止、见证或获知那些违背自身某种道德准则的行为或者经历无过错的某种道德差异事件,对个体内在道德信念形成严重冲击与撕裂,最终导致其道德信念受损,对个体身心造成的持久伤害。在更深层次上,道德损伤不仅是个体的生理、心理和精神问题,更是个体道德上的一种重大经历和变化,具有重大的道德和伦理意义,具有关于道德痛苦的本质和原因的规范性主张、环境伦理生态中道德冲突或道德困境的抉择及其背后个体与自我、组织、制度文化的互动关系。因此,道德损伤修复过程中如何再认识潜在道德损伤事件以及创造个体的社会意义,重塑个体的道德信念就显得至关重要。
