摘要： 面对伦理和法律、维护伦理和遵守法律之间的两难,亲属容隐,是中华伦理、中华法系提供的两全之道。其实质的合法性、合理性,不仅在中国古代家庭本位的社会是充足的,而且至今仍然是明显的。

Abstract: Facing the dilemma of ethics and laws, of defending ethics and abiding by laws, the toleration and concealment of relatives is a two-completed way provided by the Chinese ethics and the Chinese system of laws. Its essential legitimacy and rationality is ample not only in the Chinese ancient society that took the families as basis, but also has been obvious up to now.
