Abstract: The great difference between morality and the Law is that the moral is enforced by its self-power, while the law is enforced bygovernmental force——legal compulsory. However, in order to maintain the proper socialorder, under certain circumstance, the moral shall be vested with legal compulsory. In this article, the author pay move attention to discussing the reanability、the nature、the scope and the procedure of the legal compulsory of moral.
