Abstract: urban ethics studies moral problems about the urban society. Research on urban ethics use the methods of the construction-function analysis, structural comparison between urban and rural society, dialectical materialism and historical materialism .High artificial environment, people's universal association and relation,the trend of expansion of division of labor, the pluralism of value subject make up of the urban moral mechanism .This forms basic characteristics about urban moral: formed- morals relying on common understanding, pursuing final moral value, socialization about morality of occupation, ntegration about moral function, universality about use and,open content . Traditional moral has the both of the negative and positive influence for the contemporary structure of urban moral.
