Abstract: Information ethics acts as an edge subject of scientific philosophy and ethics.It deals with not only all forms of information behavior in real life but also the problem of information of metaphysical ethics. That is to say, from the source of information ethics, it is a result of social need in action; from the appliance of information ethics, it regulates realization of benefits in social action; from the aim of information ethics, it pursues harmony and development of human beings.
