摘要/Abstract

摘要： 西方“自然法”传统可以为和谐社会的建设提供有益的参照和借鉴。本质上是建立理性基础上的道德法的“自然法”传统可以推动实在法的调整和完善。自然法对人的自由权利和获得物质财富正当性的强调有利于推动物质文明和精神文明的进步,实现人与社会的和谐。自然法体现的理性对整个人类社会可持续性发展的要求也有助于实现人与社会的和谐共生。

Abstract: Western "natural law" tradition,which based on ration in essence,propel ling the adjustment and improvement of the positive law,can provide useful reference for the construction of harmonious society.The natural law emphasizing the free right and the legitimacy of getting the material wealth is beneficial to promoting the progress of material civilization and spiritual civilization,which realizes the harmony between people and society.The ration that natural law reflects,requesting the sustainable development of human society,is also helpful to realizing the harmonious coexistence between man and society.
