Abstract: Ethics is special method of society regulating, which can not lack or offside.There are many ethics degrading direction and phenomena in the period of society transformation,which demands to rightly knowing and playing the right role of ethics from the angle of its due functions,that it's limited and unlimited,relative and definite.Now we should propel ethics reconstruction from many aspects, such as lowest ethics,core ethics,life ethtics, work ethics,human relation ethics,system ethics,etc.
