Abstract: the direct purpose of judgment of moral responsibility is to find the reason of being worth praise or blame,to do reasonable and fair judgment of moral for the agent,to make him undertake his desert moral responsibility,to reduce and eliminate unfair,make the social relations harmonious,guide agents to more lofty idea. Judgment of moral responsibility relates to the relation between agent and action,consequence of action,standard of values, etc.. For judgment of moral responsibility,realistic consequence is an actual foundation;causal relationship is a logical foundation;the reason of society and history is the final value foundation.
