Abstract: The contemporary science and technology has made great progress, and in particular, the abrupt rise of high technology is changing the world day by day. However, the development of high technology also increases uncertainty of the negative effect of its ethical risk. That is to say, it brings not only more possibilities of moral selections but also serious challenges. Hence, the high-tech moral selection has become an inevitable problem to the subject of high-tech activity. In order to reduce the negative effect of the ethical risk as much as possible in the process of the high-tech moral selection, it is essential to adopt the value orientation of benevolence and wisdom, the operating strategy of morals and achievements and the exploring method of external magnificence and internal sage so as to reach a clarified state of the unity between the nature and human beings to make the system of human-society-nature develop coordinately.
