Abstract: The appearance of internet has brought great changes to human life. So far as the moral field is concerned, it has plunged people into many expectations on the one hand and has made people confront lots of moral issues on the other, such as lack of moral consciousness in moral subjects, moral indifference. The existence of these moral issues has made it a must for us to strengthen internet ethical construction, especially to establish necessary moral principles.
