Abstract: Li Er-qu set “xu ming ji ding” as the life principle, so his Ontological realm showed the characteristics of “xu ming ji ding”, then he had sincere and natural way of life and demonstrated ideal through himself, and achieved the highest realm of “li yu liang wang” in end. Li's realm of theory was the extension of his ontology, and revealed the Confucianism characteristics of self-surpassing freely in real life, and revealed the relationship between the realms of ontology.
