摘要/Abstract

摘要： 公平与效率是人类发展追求的两个价值目标,历史上两者的关系不是一成不变的,而是呈现出交互优先的动态特征。多年来,我们坚持“效率优先、兼顾公平”的原则指导经济发展,一方面创造出丰富的物质财富,另一方面也导致了较为严重的分配不公。为此,我们应当重新审视公平与效率的关系,突出公平、追求效率,强调现阶段公平对于效率的优先性,以增强社会的价值认同、激发人民群众的积极性,更好地解决现阶段存在的问题,促进我国经济社会的持续、健康发展,保证中国特色社会主义事业继续兴旺发达。

Abstract: Justice and efficiency are two value aims which the human beings have being seeking for.In history,the relation between justice and efficiency is not changeless,but represents a changeable state in which the two are mutually preferential.In the past years,we have stuck to the principle of "efficiency first,considering justice",through which we direct the economical construction of China.On the one hand,we have created abundant material fortunes and on the other hand have brought on a serious distributive un-justice.Therefore,we should make a new reflection on the relation between justice and efficiency,give prominence to justice and seek efficiency,and emphasize on the priority of justice to efficiency in the present stage.By doing so,we can build up the social identification in values,waken people's enthusiasm,make a better settlement of the problems in the present stage,have a continuous and healthy social development,and make sure that the socialism with Chinese characteristics will be prosperous forever.
