摘要/Abstract

摘要： 公正不是公平与正义的缩写,公正是社会主义政治生活中一个具有行为规约性的基础价值。公正是社会主义政治原则制定和执行的最起码的出发点,公正是公民评价社会主义政治的基本标准。建设社会主义政治文明,要求各级政府工作人员必须坚守公正的政治基础价值。只有坚守公正的政治基础价值,才能维护和实现人民群众的根本利益,提高执政党的执政能力和水平,防止权力腐败,避免各种利益矛盾引发的群体性事件的发生,保障公共秩序的和谐稳定。

Abstract: Justice is not the abbreviation of equity and equlity.Justice is the baseline of ethics in socialism politics life which can normalize behaviors.Justice is the baseline of ethics during the formulating and performance of socialism political principles.Justice is also the baseline standard of ethics for civics to evaluate socialism politics.In order to construct socialism politic civilization,justices as the politic ethnic baseline should be hold on by government staffs of each level.Only by hold on politic ethnic baseline,should peoples primary interest be maintained and realized,and minister ability and level of the governing party be enhanced,corruption from potency be prevented,therefore all sorts of population events result from profit contradiction be avoided,and harmonious in public order be guaranteed.
