Abstract: Based on analysis of Drucker's management works,this paper tries to explore and anatomize his understanding about business ethics in three aspects.First in the consistency of Confucian ethics,one code of ethics-based universality principle should be applied to all businesses as that to all individuals.Second,institutions should assume social responsibilities due to their new leadership and power in society,but only limited to the extent and scope of their authorities,powers and abilities.Third,management must recognize the importance of interdependent and harmonious relationship.At last this paper simply discusses Drucker's denial of business ethics.
